Sounds like code to me, but I\u2019m only a layman.<\/p>\n The Epoch Times would go on to add this to her stub on their big, famous Spygate Infographic<\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n Perennial good-guy, Sen. Chuck Grassley would send a letter to Rod Rosenstein in 2017 regarding Chalup\u2019s activities as possible FARA violations:<\/p>\n According to news reports, during the 2016 presidential election, \u201cUkrainian government officials tried to help Hillary Clinton and undermine Trump\u201d and did so by \u201cdisseminat[ing] documents implicating a top Trump aide in corruption and suggested they were investigating the matter.<\/p>\n At the center of this plan was Alexandra Chalupa, described by reports as a Ukrainian-American operative \u201cwho was consulting for the Democratic National Committee\u201d and reportedly met with Ukrainian officials during the presidential election for the express purpose of exposing alleged ties between then-candidate Donald Trump, Paul Manafort, and Russia.<\/p>\n Chalupa\u2019s actions appear to show that she was simultaneously working on behalf of a foreign government, Ukraine, and on behalf of the DNC and Clinton campaign, in an effort to influence not only the U.S voting population but U.S. government officials.<\/p>\n Aside from the apparent evidence of collusion between the DNC, Clinton campaign, and Ukrainian government, Chalupa\u2019s actions implicate the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).<\/p>\n Chalupa reportedly worked directly with Ukrainian government officials to benefit Ukraine, lobbying Congress on behalf of Ukraine, and worked to undermine the Trump campaign on behalf of Ukraine and the Clinton campaign.<\/p>\n \u2026<\/p>\n Aside from the apparent evidence of collusion between the DNC, Clinton campaign, and Ukrainian government, Chalupa\u2019s actions implicate the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). As you know, the Committee is planning a hearing on FARA enforcement. Given the public reporting of these activities in support of a foreign government, it is imperative that the Justice Department explain why she has not been required to register under FARA.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2026<\/p>\n According to documents provided to the Committee, the Justice Department required the Podesta Group and Mercury LLC to register under FARA for working on behalf of the Ukrainian government. Their registration was required even though the client, the European Centre for the Modern Ukraine (ECFMU), wrote a letter saying it was not directly or indirectly controlled by the Ukrainian government. That did not matter to the Justice Department because their lobbying activity was not to \u201cbenefit commercial interests\u201d of the ECFMU but instead to promote the political or public interests of a foreign government or foreign political party.\u201d The Justice Department made clear that an individual acting in the political or public interests of a foreign government must register under FARA. As such, because Podesta and Mercury were effectively working on behalf of Ukrainian government interests, they were required to register. Unlike that situation where the Podesta Group and Mercury LLC worked for the middleman (EFCMU) and not the Ukrainian government, here Chalupa reportedly worked directly with Ukrainian government officials to benefit Ukraine, lobbying Congress on behalf of Ukraine, and worked to undermine the Trump campaign on behalf of Ukraine and the Clinton campaign.<\/strong><\/p>\n I don\u2019t know if I can summarize how huge this link is, but let me try:<\/p>\n If it can be proven that Chalupa\u00a0ever<\/u><\/em> met with Steele (or an intermediary), well\u2026 it\u2019s check-mate for Trump against HRC and the DNC.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The reason there are so many FARA violations in all this is precisely because, as #QAnon<\/a><\/u> has said time and time again \u2013 they never expected her to lose. Moreover \u2013 if they had filed the appropriate FARA paperwork, it would have exposed many of these relationships which are only just now coming to light. The less paperwork, the better, they figured. Trump would lose and afterwards, Cabal powers would become entrenched, making all these \u201clittle\u201d paperwork problems conveniently disappear.<\/p>\n But Trump didn\u2019t lose. The Cabal did. And with that, they suffered a catastrophic loss of control. And they didn\u2019t realize how much Team Trump already knew.<\/p>\n I now believe that this is EXACTLY the kind of connection Team Trump is now trying to expose.<\/p>\n Why do I think this?<\/p>\n Jeff Carlson once again fills in some of the blanks for us:<\/p>\n I wrote on the role of Alexandra Chalupa \u2013 a Ukrainian-American DNC operative \u2013 who appears at the center of the DNC\u2019s construction of information used in the Steele Dossier.<\/p>\n The role of former Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland in disseminating the Dossier \u2013 along with her involvement in shaping Ukraine \u2013 was also discussed.<\/p>\n The name Victor Pinchuk was mentioned.<\/p>\n Victor Pinchuk\u00a0is a Ukrainian billionaire.<\/p>\n He is the founder of Interpipe, a steel pipe manufacturer. He also owns Credit Dnipro Bank, some ferroalloy plants and a media empire.<\/p>\n He is married to Elena Pinchuk, the daughter of former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma.<\/p>\n Here\u2019s the Clinton Connection:<\/p>\n On April 4 through April 12 2016, Ukrainian Parliamentarian Olga Bielkov had\u00a0four meetings<\/a><\/u>\u00a0\u2013 with Samuel Charap (International Institute for Strategic Studies), Liz Zentos (National Security Council), Michael Kimmage (State Dept) and\u00a0David Kramer<\/strong>\u00a0(McCain Institute).<\/p>\n Doug Schoen filed\u00a0FARA documents<\/a><\/u>\u00a0showing that he was paid $40,000 a month by Victor Pinchuk (page 5) \u2013 in part to arrange these meetings.<\/p>\n Schoen attempted to arrange another\u00a072 meetings<\/strong>\u00a0with Congressmen and media (page 10). It is unknown how many meetings took place.<\/p>\n Schoen has worked for both Bill and Hillary Clinton.<\/p>\n Schoen helped Pinchuk establish ties with the Clinton Foundation. The Wall Street Journal\u00a0reported<\/a><\/u>\u00a0how Schoen connected Pinchuk with senior Clinton State Department staffers in order to pressure former Ukrainian President Yanukovych to release Yulia Tymoshenko \u2013 a political rival of Yanukovych \u2013 from jail.<\/p>\n \u2026<\/p>\n Although exact numbers are not clear,\u00a0reports filed<\/a><\/u>\u00a0by the Clinton Foundation indicate that as much as\u00a0$25 million<\/strong>\u00a0of Pinchuk\u2019s \u201ccharitable donations\u201d went to the Clinton organization.<\/p>\n From a New York Times\u00a0article<\/a><\/u>:<\/p>\n Victor Pinchuk<\/a><\/u>, a steel magnate whose father-in-law, Leonid Kuchma, was president of Ukraine from 1994 to 2005, has directed between $10 million and $25 million to the foundation. He has lent his private plane to the Clintons and traveled to Los Angeles in 2011 to attend Mr. Clinton\u2019s star-studded 65th birthday celebration.<\/p>\n And to bring it back around\u2026<\/p>\n In addition to being a Clinton Foundation donor, Pinchuk is also on the\u00a0International Advisory Board<\/a><\/u>\u00a0of the Atlantic Counsel \u2013 an\u00a0NATO-aligned American think tank specializing in the field of international affairs.<\/p>\n Pinchuk\u2019s fellow Advisory Board members are industry leaders and former heads of state.<\/p>\n Their\u00a0Board of Directors<\/a><\/u>\u00a0list is equally \u2013 if not more \u2013 impressive.<\/p>\n The Atlantic Counsel has been historically active in Ukraine through their\u00a0Ukraine in Europe Initiative<\/a><\/u>. More recently, on January 19, 2017, the Atlantic Counsel\u00a0announced a partnership<\/a><\/u>\u00a0with Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Group.<\/p>\n Hunter Biden, former VP Joe Biden\u2019s son, sits on Burisma\u2019s board.<\/p>\n There it is again, the Atlantic Council.<\/p>\n The Atlantic Council, along with the Brookings Institute and the Center for Strategic and International Studies, were the subject of an unflattering portrayal in a New York Times article,\u00a0Foreign Powers Buy Influence at Think Tanks<\/a><\/u>:<\/p>\n More than a dozen prominent Washington research groups have received tens of millions of dollars from foreign governments in recent years while pushing United States government officials to adopt policies that often reflect the donors\u2019 priorities, an investigation by The New York Times has found.<\/strong><\/p>\n The think tanks do not disclose the terms of the agreements they have reached with foreign governments. And they have not registered with the United States government as representatives of the donor countries, an omission that appears, in some cases, to be a violation of federal law.<\/strong><\/p>\n As a result, policy makers who rely on think tanks are often unaware of the role of foreign governments in funding the research.<\/strong><\/p>\n The arrangements involve Washington\u2019s most influential think tanks, including the\u00a0Brookings Institution<\/a><\/u>, the\u00a0Center for Strategic and International Studies<\/a><\/u>, and the\u00a0Atlantic Council<\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n Each is a major recipient of overseas funds, producing policy papers, hosting forums and organizing private briefings for senior United States government officials that typically align with the foreign governments\u2019 agendas.<\/p>\n Oh, but it gets better.<\/p>\n Carlson\u00a0brilliantly<\/em> exposes who is at the heart of the Atlantic Council.
