universal dangers of gene-based \u201cvaccines\u201d<br \/>\nImmunity to respiratory viruses rests on the action of lymphocytes, the \u201cspecific\u201d components of the immune system. B-lymphocytes produce antibodies that many believe to represent the decisive protective arm of immunity.<br \/>\nSo, according to lay conviction, antibodies bind to the viruses and prevent their entry into cells, and many believe that this is the mainstay of immune protection.<br \/>\nBut this view is grossly erroneous and underlies the catastrophic developments that have evolved in vaccine research.<br \/>\nThe fact has been overlooked that two major categories of antibodies are present in the body. The first is produced by lymphocytes that are located directly beneath the mucous membranes lining the respiratory and intestinal tract.<br \/>\nThese antibodies \u2013 secretory IgA \u2013 are secreted through and to the surface of the mucous membranes.<br \/>\nThey are thus on site to meet air-borne viruses, and may be able to prevent viral binding and infection of the cells.<br \/>\nThe second category of antibodies (IgG and circulating IgA) occur in the bloodstream. These antibodies can potentially counteract the spread of viruses via the bloodstream.<br \/>\nVaccines that are injected into the muscle will only induce IgG and IgA in the blood, never secretory IgA.<br \/>\nSo, <span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>such antibodies therefore cannot protect cells of the respiratory tract against infection by air-borne viruses like the corona virus.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nWith regard to secreted IgA antibodies, these are indeed produced in response to genuine airway infections.<br \/>\nMucous membranes of healthy people are coated with antibodies directed against common viruses, but their capacity to prevent infections is limited, which is why infections with air-borne viruses occur repeatedly throughout your life.<br \/>\nThe subordinate role of IgA in combatting viral infections is highlighted by the fact that people with a very common genetic defect who are unable to produce sIgA do not suffer from dramatically increased susceptibility toward severe respiratory infections.<br \/>\nIt follows that T-lymphocytes play key roles in the control of respiratory infections and in fact, this extends to all viral infections in general.<\/p>\n<p>We turn attention now to these cells, and we will restrict the discussion to the function of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL).<\/p>\n<p>What do these CTLs recognize, and what is the cardinal consequence of immune recognition?<br \/>\nNow let\u2019s look at the first figure.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4081\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eyewideopen.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 207px) 100vw, 207px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.eyewideopen.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image.png 207w, https:\/\/www.eyewideopen.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-85x90.png 85w, https:\/\/www.eyewideopen.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-34x36.png 34w, https:\/\/www.eyewideopen.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-45x48.png 45w\" alt=\"\" width=\"207\" height=\"220\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>When a cell produces a protein, small fragments of that protein will arise as byproducts that are transported to the surface of the cell, thus becoming amenable for interaction with and recognition by CTL.<br \/>\nDifferent fragments are recognized by different lymphocyte \u201cclones\u201d (Fig. 1 ).<br \/>\nImmune recognition and binding results in activation of the T-cells, which then eject deadly toxic substances onto and into the targeted cells.<br \/>\nEnvisage the interaction between presented protein fragment and its \u201creceptor\u201d on the T-cell as lock and key. There are myriad different keys (fragments) fitting into myriad different locks (T-cell receptors).<br \/>\nIt is known that the truly incredible diversity of locks arises during fetal development. How does this happen?<br \/>\nAre locks moulded in response to the fragments (keys) as these appear during development? Wondrously, when a child is born, or before it\u2019s born, it has lymphocytes that recognize \u201cself\u201d and \u201cnon-self,\u201d but lymphocytes recognizing \u201cself\u201d are silenced or held in check throughout life; they are not in action.<br \/>\nMishaps occur occasionally and that can lead to autoimmune disease.<strong> When cells come out of cover that are reactive against the liver, then one may get autoimmune hepatitis. If cells come out that are reactive against the pancreas, then one can get autoimmune diabetes.<\/strong><br \/>\nBut on the other side of the coin, immune cells reactive against essentially all non-self proteins and present at birth are ready to spring into action whenever a challenge is issued.<br \/>\nIt is for this very reason that conventional vaccinations can successfully be performed at earliest infancy. The T-cells are all there, the lymphocytes are all there.<br \/>\nAnd when Corona comes around, up rises the anti-Corona team. When flu comes around, up rises the anti-flu team, etc. Each bout of training strengthens the team, enabling the opponent to be more rapidly constrained and infections terminated with increasing effectiveness.<br \/>\nIt is very important to note that a protein will generate many fragments, and these are recognized by many different CTL clones. A virus mutant may generate one differing fragment but the majority of other fragments will remain the same. For this reason, CTL based cross-reactivity and cross-protection exists for all members of a given virus family. While T-lymphocytes recognize fragments of proteins that are on the cell surface, antibodies will bind to the proteins themselves (Fig. 3). So, here we have a protein shown on the cell and you see the antibody bind to the protein.<\/p>\n<p>Bound antibodies seen on top of the cell then trigger activation of an other important arm of the immune system, and this arm is called complement, so you have complement activation triggered by the antibodies that are sitting on the cell. And this has far-reaching consequences. Inflammatory events are triggered by complement activation, and. moreover, it is the complement system itself will attack the cell on whose surface activated.<br \/>\nThrough recruitment of complement, antibodies produced in response to first vaccinations will vigorously intensify immune attack on cells that produce these proteins upon booster vaccinations.<br \/>\nIt follows from the above that production of \u201cnon-self\u201d will always provoke inflammatory and cell-destructive processes.<br \/>\nIn viral infections, this is meaningful because it leads to elimination of befallen cells. Most viruses target a limited spectrum of tissues, and most tissues can regenerate so wounds can heal thereafter<br \/>\nProponents of gene-based vaccines commonly argue that the agents do nothing more than mimic what happens in actual infections. Expression of the alien protein is thereby claimed to be short-lived and confined mainly to the site of intramuscular injection. So, serious adverse reactions are therefore not to be expected.<br \/>\nNothing could be more misleading and further from the truth.<br \/>\nThe assertion that mRNA packaged remains at the site of injection is widely known to be a blatant lie. We know now that \u201cvaccines\u201d rapidly spread from the site of injection to lymph nodes and the blood circulation.<br \/>\nBecause the \u201cvaccines\u201d enter all cells, their uptake must occur rapidly in cells of the lymph nodes, in endothelial cells that line the walls of blood vessels, and of course in cells of every tissue that they reach.<br \/>\nThis fact immediately sets aside \u201cmRNA-vaccination\u201d from naturally occurring infections, because very few infectious agents target lymphocytes or endothelial cells. Amongst the latter are dangerous viruses that cause hemorrhagic fevers, and bacteria that also cause life-threatening infections, e.g. Rocky Mountain spotted fever.<\/p>\n<p>In striking contrast, each and every mRNA-\u201cvaccine\u201d will incite self-destructive processes in lymphatic organs and blood vessels throughout the whole body.<br \/>\nDamage to vessel walls will allow the \u201cvaccines\u201d to leak out to surrounding tissues, where seeds will be planted for development of autoimmune diseases.<br \/>\nBlood clots forming because of vessel injury will result in circulatory disturbances, with grave and irreversible consequences in organs such as heart and brain.<br \/>\nIf applied in pregnancy, the agents could enter into placental cells and then pose an existential threat to the fetus.<br \/>\nSelf-attack events occurring within the immunological network will result in manifestation of immune dysfunction, with re-activation of latent infections and unstoppable tumor growth.<br \/>\nThese nightmarish scenarios will be yet worsened with every booster injection. The catastrophic events will be neither avoidable nor suppressible due to their very nature. The ability to distinguish between self and non-self is fundamental to life. It is given at birth and ends at death.<br \/>\nApplication of mRNA-\u201cvaccines\u201d is a supreme act of sacrilege.
