These are small circular DNA molecules that can basically replicate themselves in bacterial and human cells and prompt the cell to produce the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein for a long time. Each vaccine dose was found to contain billions of these plasmids, <a href=\"https:\/\/dailysceptic.org\/2023\/03\/13\/mrna-vaccine-contamination-much-worse-than-thought-jabs-up-to-35-dna-that-turns-human-cells-into-long-term-spike-protein-factories\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Will Jones<\/a> reports .<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">The Moderna vaccine was found to contain DNA contamination at about the &#8220;safe&#8221; level set by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) at the equivalent of one part per 3,000 mRNA molecules, although it&#8217;s not clear how safe this level really is. <\/span>The Pfizer vaccine, on the other hand, was found to contain a DNA contamination 10 times the &#8220;safe&#8221; level, which is one plasmid per 350 mRNA molecules.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">The DNA is part of the vaccine manufacturing process and provides the blueprint for the mRNA, but it should have been removed at least to the &#8220;safe&#8221; level, but for reasons that are unclear, it was not.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Now Dr. <span class=\"\">McKernan and his team conducted further analyzes and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/anandamide.substack.com\/p\/pfizer-and-moderna-bivalent-vaccines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"\">found<\/span><\/a><span class=\"\"> that the level of DNA contamination is much greater than initially reported: up to 35% of the vaccine product consists of this DNA contamination. <\/span><span class=\"\">They write:<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"centered-text-area\">\n<div class=\"centered-text\">\n<div class=\"IRPP_kangoo-content\">\n<div class=\"postTitle\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>So, are they trying to kill you or are they just corrupt, stingy and stupid?<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">This means that 20-35% of the nucleic acid in each vaccine is an expression vector. <\/span><span class=\"\">This is several orders of magnitude above the EMA limit of 330ng\/mg. <\/span>With these contamination levels, LINE-1 RT activity is not a prerequisite for genome integration.<\/p>\n<p>Molecular biologist Dr. Jessica Rose explains that this means each dose could contain trillions of DNA molecules, 100 times more than previously reported: <em>\u201cThe remaining expression vectors used to make the mRNAs are 100 times more contaminated than originally proposed and imply trillions of DNA molecules. molecules per dose. This has consequences for the integration in our genome.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The exact level of contamination is unknown, as these are estimates with a wide margin of error. It can also vary from party to party. <span class=\"\">What is certain is that the contamination of both Pfizer and Moderna&#8217;s vaccines is well above an official &#8220;safe&#8221; level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In the original analysis, Dr. McKernan especially looked for RNA contamination and had he used an additive that can suppress DNA amplification. By looking specifically for DNA contamination, he and his team discovered that the amount of DNA present was much greater than the initial technique indicated.<\/p>\n<p>Further <a href=\"https:\/\/anandamide.substack.com\/p\/sequencing-of-rnase-a-treated-pfizer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">analysis by Dr. <span class=\"\">McKernan and his team<\/span><\/a><span class=\"\"> also confirmed that the plasmids are intact and self-replicating, and that the relevant promoters are present that allow them to express spike protein mRNA in human cells (and not just bacteria).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">This indicates that these DNA plasmids are likely to survive for long periods of time, be taken up by cells in the body, and induce the cells to produce spike protein indefinitely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This is thought to explain the observed persistence of spike protein in the blood of vaccinated individuals for weeks or months after injection, which <a href=\"https:\/\/doctors4covidethics.org\/vascular-and-organ-damage-induced-by-mrna-vaccines-irrefutable-proof-of-causality\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">experts believe<\/a> contributes to the adverse effects of the COVID-19 vaccines.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Jessica Rose notes, <em>\u201cIt is more than likely that these adverse effects are a direct result of the contamination that Kevin and his team uncovered.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>These findings are obviously very disturbing. <span class=\"\">As a matter of priority, regulatory authorities should investigate these issues themselves and, if confirmed, take appropriate action, <strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">including the withdrawal of the products from the market.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:
